    Description

    Radiation test chambers are widely used in aerospace component anti-radiation testing, nuclear material performance detection and electronic device aging verification. The interior of the chamber is exposed to high-intensity ray radiation for a long time. Rubber seals, ordinary lubricating media and plastic parts of ordinary reducers are prone to pulverization, cracking and failure under radiation, and will pollute test samples. The radiation-resistant reducer is a special transmission device dedicated to the internal movement mechanism of radiation test chambers. The radiation-resistant reducer withstands ultra-high radiation intensity of 1×10⁷ Gy, operating continuously in γ-ray and β-ray radiation environments without aging, damage or failure of core transmission components, perfectly adapting to the harsh working conditions of radiation tests. Adopting an all-metal radiation-resistant structure design without easily aging non-metal accessories, the radiation-resistant reducer fundamentally avoids component loss in radiation environments. The radiation-resistant reducer has a complete specification system with flange sizes covering 42/60/90/100/115/140/180/200/220/255 mm, adapting to the transmission and installation needs of small sample rotating test chambers, medium workpiece radiation cavities and large fully automatic radiation test equipment. The radiation-resistant reducer has flexible optional gear ratios from 3 to 100. High-precision low-speed transmission ensures uniform sample radiation, while heavy-duty transmission with large gear ratios realizes stable transportation and flipping of large workpieces. With a rated torque of 5 to 1200 Nm, light-weight samples adopt small-torque radiation-resistant reducer models, and heavy component flipping mechanisms are equipped with heavy-duty radiation-resistant reducer models to meet full-scene load requirements. The radiation-resistant reducer supports two structures of shaft output and flange plate output, matching different transmission structures such as sample rotating shafts and material transfer pallets. Linear and 90° angle motor installation modes adapt to the narrow and closed internal space of radiation chambers and flexibly avoid structural interference. A single radiation test lasts for a long cycle with continuous environmental radiation. Frequent equipment shutdown and maintenance will greatly increase test costs and delay experimental progress. Processed with special anti-radiation technology, the radiation-resistant reducer realizes long-term maintenance-free continuous operation with stable performance and no attenuation under ray erosion. In projects such as aerospace component radiation aging tests, nuclear material detection and electronic component anti-radiation verification, the radiation-resistant reducer stably drives the operation, translation and flipping of test samples to ensure smooth progress of test procedures. Major scientific research institutes and special testing equipment enterprises take the radiation-resistant reducer as the preferred accessory for internal transmission of radiation test chambers. Its standardized specifications eliminate customization needs and effectively reduce equipment R&D and operation and maintenance costs.
