    *For servo motors operated in a vacuum pressure range of 10-10000 Pa, we recommend utilizing a low-voltage (24 or  48 VDC) winding motor to eliminate the risk of breakdown.

    To achieve accurate positioning, it is necessary to implement a homing      process , as the motor position is not recorded during power-off.
    AE = geared multi-turn absolute encoder 
    With 17-bit single-turn resolution and 12-bit multi-turn. During power-off, the motor position is recorded. No back-up battery is required.

    Description

    In the field of 3C product manufacturing, certain process steps such as hot riveting, plastic housing hot melting, and display screen adhesive curing require motors to withstand relatively high ambient temperatures within confined spaces. The KECM series high temperature servo motor is a professional solution developed specifically for such applications. This series of high temperature servo motors can operate at temperatures up to 120℃, maintaining performance without demagnetization or encoder drift even during long-term operation inside enclosed hot riveting equipment chambers. Compared to conventional motors requiring additional cooling devices, the KECM series high temperature servo motor significantly simplifies equipment structure, reduces energy consumption, and makes automated production lines more compact. When performing precision assembly under high-temperature environments, the high temperature servo motor combined with an absolute encoder achieves micron-level repetitive positioning accuracy, which is crucial for processes such as nut hot melting for smartphone mid-frames and screw hot embedding for notebook computer housings. Meanwhile, for vertically mounted pick-and-place mechanisms, this high temperature servo motor can integrate an electromagnetic brake, preventing gripper fall during power outages and protecting expensive product molds. The 3C industry also has certain cleanliness requirements, and the KECM series high temperature servo motor uses low-particle-generation materials and structures, preventing lubricant volatilization due to high temperatures from contaminating products.
