    Description

    For the high-end R&D and qualification certification of aerospace power batteries, special military energy storage batteries and extreme-condition special vehicle batteries, single low-temperature, high-temperature or vacuum tests can no longer meet industrial standards. It is necessary to simulate composite extreme working conditions with superimposed vacuum, wide temperature alternation and radiation environments to verify the long-term service stability of power batteries in extreme scenarios such as space, high-altitude radiation and polar vacuum. Ordinary electric cylinders on the market can only adapt to single conventional working conditions and cannot withstand the superposition of multiple extreme environments, easily causing structural failure, data drift and equipment damage, which cannot support the extreme performance tests of high-end special batteries. As a rare three-in-one composite extreme condition dedicated transmission device in the industry, the VB series vacuum, high & low temperature resistant and radiation-resistant electric cylinder integrates ultra-high vacuum adaptability, wide-range temperature resistance and strong radiation aging resistance. It stably adapts to superimposed extreme environments including 10⁻⁷Pa ultra-high vacuum, -80℃~+200℃ wide temperature alternation and 1×10⁷Gy high-dose radiation, fully reproducing various extreme and complex service scenarios. To meet the diversified composite test process requirements of high-end batteries, the VB series vacuum, high & low temperature resistant and radiation-resistant electric cylinder is equipped with an adjustable high-speed precision transmission system with a linear speed of 160~1350mm/s. It flexibly switches between multiple operation modes including low-speed static pressure resistance test, high-speed dynamic impact test and constant-speed reciprocating fatigue durability test, covering the full-dimensional process requirements of R&D tests, performance certification and extreme durability detection of special power batteries. With specialized optimization design for composite extreme working conditions, its sealing structure, transmission components and main materials are processed with multiple technologies including radiation resistance, temperature change resistance and low outgassing. It maintains stable transmission without precision drift, structural aging or performance attenuation under the superposition of three extreme environments. The VB series vacuum, high & low temperature resistant and radiation-resistant electric cylinder fills the industrial gap that traditional transmission equipment cannot adapt to composite extreme condition tests, providing a highly reliable and high-precision core transmission support for the extreme performance R&D, quality upgrading and standard certification of high-end special power batteries.
