    Description

    With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry, the safety performance, environmental adaptability and long-term durability of power batteries have become the core focus of industrial quality inspection and R&D. Power battery cells, modules and packs need to undergo strict high and low temperature alternating tests, thermal shock tests and extreme temperature compression durability tests to simulate the complex service environments of vehicles including polar low temperature, high-temperature summer operation and all-weather temperature alternation. Ordinary electric cylinders have poor temperature resistance: their lubricating grease solidifies at -80℃ ultra-low temperature, causing transmission stagnation and operation failure, while structural softening, thrust attenuation and precision drift occur at +200℃ high temperature. These defects seriously distort the authenticity and repeatability of test data and fail to meet the high-standard detection requirements of power batteries. Customized for extreme temperature test conditions of power batteries, the VB series high and low temperature resistant electric cylinder adopts special high and low temperature resistant alloy structure and professional temperature-resistant lubrication system. It stably withstands a wide temperature range from -80℃ to +200℃, resists high-frequency cold and hot alternating impact and long-term constant temperature aging, and maintains stable structure, smooth transmission and constant performance throughout the operation. To accurately meet various mechanical durability test requirements of power batteries, the VB series high and low temperature resistant electric cylinder features strong power output performance with a rated thrust of 1~17KN, and supports customized expansion of higher thrust. It accurately simulates various test conditions such as static pressure bearing, dynamic extrusion, reciprocating fatigue impact and deformation constraint of power batteries, fully complying with national standards, enterprise standards and high-end R&D load specifications of the new energy industry. Optimized for 24-hour uninterrupted cyclic operation of test equipment, this high and low temperature resistant electric cylinder has outstanding temperature change resistance, fatigue resistance and aging resistance. It continuously completes high and low temperature aging, thermal shock and extreme compression durability tests of power batteries for a long time, effectively avoiding frequent failures and shutdown maintenance of traditional transmission equipment, greatly improving detection efficiency and ensuring accurate, stable and reproducible test data.
