Stepper Motors and Drives

Kingsni offers two series of stepper motors designed for different environmental conditions. The KH series is suitable for high and low temperature range of -40 to +100°C, while the KVM series is designed for a wider range of extreme environments, including ultra-high vacuum(10-7Pa), cryogenic(-196℃), ultra-high temperatures(+200℃), and radiation-exposed(106Gy).

 

Command interfaces for stepper drives include pulse direction, RS485 (Modbus RTU), CANopen and EtherCAT.

Nema11/17/22/34/43 Stepper motor for extreme environments of  low and high temperature -60/+85℃ torque 0.1~7.5Nm

The KHB series two-phase hybrid stepping motors are suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -60 to +85℃, humidity of 95%, low air pressure, salt spray, etc. They have strong resistance to shock and vibration, a holding torque of 0.1 to 7.5Nm, and offer options such as braking, position feedback, and non-marked shafts. It is widely applied in many fields such as biomedicine, environmental testing of automotive parts, military industry and aerospace, outdoor monitoring, and general automation.

The KH series stepper motor has been designed with the intention of being used in a variety of challenging environments, including a wide temperature range of -45 to +100℃, high humidity of 95% RH, lower pressure, salt spray, vibration and shock. The holding torque ranges from 0.12 to 21N.m, with safe brake, position feedback and non-standard shaft options.
