Kingsni offers two series of servo motors designed for different environmental conditions. The KECM series is suitable for high and low temperature range of -60 to +120°C and vacuum of 10-3Pa, while the KSSM series is designed for a wider range of extreme environments, including ultra-high vacuum(10-7Pa), cryogenic(-196℃), ultra-high temperatures(+200℃), and radiation-exposed(106Gy).
Command interfaces for servo drives include pulse direction, RS485 (Modbus RTU), CANopen and EtherCAT.

Servo motors for Semiconductor manufacturing power 0.4~3.8KW 48VDC 220/380VAC3000rpm torque 1.27 15Nm
KSSM brushless servo motors are designed with the intention of being suitable for use in the most extreme environments, including ultra-high-vacuum (UHV) 10-7Pa, cryogenic -196℃, high temperature +260℃, radiation 106Gy. KSSM servo motors are constructed with stainless steel cases, and equipped with specially designed resolver as position feedback devices. The rated power ranges from 400W to 3800W, and the available winding voltage options are 48VDC, 220VAC or 380VAC.
KECM series servo motors for extreme environmental conditions of vacuum, cryogenic , high-temperature
Servo motors for extreme environments of cryogenic low and high temperature -60/+120℃,vacuum 10-3Pa power 0.1~3.8KW
KECM series servo motors are the perfect choice for the most extreme environments, including vacuum, low and high temperatures, high humidity, vibration and shock. KECM servo motors use a resolver or geared multi-turn absolute encoder as the position feedback, offering unparalleled precision and reliability

Kingsni Technology provides a comprehensive range of servo drives, designed to meet the diverse requirements of our customer base. The servo drives receive commands from the control unit to control the position, speed, or torque of the KECM and KSSM series servo motors. The position feedback interface includes resolver or multi-turn absolute encoder, and the type of command source includes pulse/direction, analog voltage (speed or torque control), RS485 (Modbus RTU), CANopen, and EtherCAT. The servo drives are suitable for use in normal environments (temperature range of 0~40°C) or high and low temperature environments (temperature range of -40 to +70 ℃, humidity 95% RH, vibration and shock).
