The KRS series rotation stage is designed for use in extreme environmental conditions, including vacuum, cryogenic, high temperature, and radiation. Its compact structure, high accuracy, and long service life make it an ideal choice for a range of applications, including biomedical research & manufacturing, consumer electronics production (3C), semiconductor manufacturing, automotive parts testing, in-vacuum process equipment, military & aerospace sectors, nuclear energy facilities; scientific instruments development, oil drilling operations, and general automation applications.
