In-Vacuum process equipment

Vacuum process equipment is used to carry out different types of processing or technological treatments in a vacuum chamber. This includes things like making a vacuum, vacuum welding vacuum, coating in a vacuum (like using machines that evaporate, magnetron sputtering, ion coating and plasma chemical deposition), applying glue in a vacuum and filling, and purifying things in a vacuum.
Vacuum processing equipment needs to have a motor and mechanical transmission that can work stably and reliably in a high vacuum environment for a long time. It also needs to have low outgassing performance and not pollute the vacuum environment.
